Mutineers Events

I spoke by webinar to the Samuel Griffith Society in Melbourne about the legal and political implications of the mutiny on HMAS Australia in 1919 on 6 May 2021. This was a members only event.

I also spoke about the military and political issues arising from Mutineers and Dark Secrets at The Sydney Institute on 18 May 2021.  This was a face-to-face event and zoom presentation for members only: see https://thesydneyinstitute.com.au/blog/mutiny-murder-and-political-controversy/

However, I formally launched Mutineers and Dark Secrets at the National Press Club in Canberra on 26 May 2021. This was an open event.

I spoke to members of the Victorian Chapter of the Naval Historical Society of Australia, at the Waverly RSL about Mutineers and Dark Secrets on 28 June 2021. This was a members only event.

I also spoke to members of the Maritime Table at the Athenaeum Club in Melbourne about Mutineers and Dark Secrets on 12 July 2021. This was. members only event. Trevor Rapke was President of the Athenaeum Club in the mid-1950s.
